Absolutely outside what we provide in our packages, you have full flexibility in this respect. We would advise you ask for proof of public liability insurance from your suppliers.

Amplified music needs to be switched off by mid night.

What happens about the clear up?

We ask that the field and marquee is left as you found it. We take a £500 security deposit the week before your event. We do allow dogs but waste must be cleared.  We will meet you when you depart to inspect.  We have never had to keep back any deposit so far, so as long as you have a good clear up, it’s nothing to worry about.

Can you help with planning?

We don’t offer a planning service but are always on hand to offer advice and help.

What does on the day coordination mean?

We will meet with you prior to the actual day to discuss your plans.  We will meet with suppliers on the day and ensure everything runs smoothly.  We will act as point of contact for any suppliers, leaving you to enjoy your day.

What are your payment terms?

We take a 50% upfront deposit to secure your date.  The balance is due 8 weeks before your event date. Deposit payments are non-refundable.  Payment can be taken via BACS or cheque.  If by the time of your wedding Covid regulations restrict the number of guests you can accommodate we will offer a 25% reduction in fees but not a full refund.

What Happens in the Event of Adverse Weather.

The venue has a gravel track in case of adverse weather.  We would only offer a full refund should we be forced to cancel and take the marquee down due to very strong winds – this is very unlikely.  We will not offer refund for rain spoiling play but would help you make the most of your special day.
